Reece Graham 6th Year Doctorate of clinical psychology I started late as a swimmer but I have been loving it for the last 10+ years. I joined LUSWP in 2019 and I've lived it ever since! In my time here I have been on the exec as captain twice and press twice. I have also been lucky enough to swim across perf and dev. I have made some of my best friends here and I hope everyone gets to experience that! |
VICE-PRESIDENT James Rates 3rd Year Medicine I have swam competitively for as long as I remember for clubs and schools around London. Recently making the transition to water polo I have found a new passion at university! Looking forward to another year of LUSWP success! |

Kirsty Williams 4th Year Medicine I started swimming when I was 2, and did competitive swimming from age 9 onwards, competing at county and regional level. I stopped during covid and was convinced to back after coming to Lancaster! I've also done lots of open water swimming. I've had the best time in LUSWp and I would love to try playing polo some time. |
WELFARE OFFICER
Holly Showler 3rd year medicine I've loved swimming since a young age, and joined a club at 9 years old. I competed at a regional level throughout my teenage years until 2020 when I took a brief break from the sport until restarting at the beginning of university, which is definitely one of the best decisions I've made so far at Lancaster! |

MEN'S+ PERFORMANCE SWIMMING CAPTAIN
Jamie Mclaren 2nd Year Sport and exercise science I began swimming at 12 years old and have qualified and competed at a county, regional and national level. My biggest achievement was being 3 time British biathlon champion. I'm a bit weird and enjoy distance swimming. My favourite event is 800m free. |

Ash Stemp 3rd year Geography I grew up in a swimming family and have always been around the pool. I began competitive swimming at age 9 and have competed at county level and regionally. My favourite stroke is freestyle and since joining LUSWP I have found a new love for the sport. |

Freya Jones 2nd year law I've been playing water polo since I was 8 years old, representing a variety of clubs over the years. I've competed at county and regional level and have been part of the England squad. This had only improved my skills and passion for the sport. |
MEN'S+ WATERPOLO CAPTAIN
Leo Hewitt 2nd year Sport and exercise science. I started playing polo around 13 because of my friend, since then I've had the opportunity to compete for the North West and the country in various competitions which has been great! |

DEVELOPMENT SWIMMING CAPTAIN
Naomi Parke 4th Year French and Spanish I have been swimming all my life and started club swimming when I was 7. I started competitively swimming in 2021. I was in performance swimming in my first year and then development swimming in my second year. I am also in the women's water polo team and I am very excited to come back to LUSWP after international placement. |
FIXTURES SECRETARY
Izzy Jones 2nd Year History I have swum competitively since I was 9 at county and regional level. My favourite event is distance freestyle. I joined LUSWP in my first year and have had an amazing time. I can't wait for next year! |

Layla Allton 3rd year Fine Art I grew up swimming and have been competing from a really young age. When I was younger I did lots of triathlons and galas which I unfortunately stopped during covid. In my first year I gained the very important title of Race captain, which I gave up in second year to join the polo baddies, and I love it! |

Toby Lovejoy 2nd Year Accounting and Finance I swam competitively in secondary school and joined water polo at the beginning of first year and immediately loved it, despite not knowing how to throw a ball. Being part of LUSWP is the best part of the uni! |
